Saudi woman Binladen breaks Red Sea swimming record!

Mariam Saleh Binladen swam four hours from Tiran, Saudi Arabia, to Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. She swam 9 miles with British endurance swimmer Lewis Pugh.
Before the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) in Sharm El-Sheikh, Lewis Pugh began his effort to raise awareness of ocean and coral reef damage.
Open-water endurance swimmer Binladen has competed professionally since 2012. She swam the Thames in London in 2016, setting a world record.
She says you need to be disciplined with your training and build up both physical and mental strength.
