The world’s most expensive cities in 2021

Tel Aviv, the capital of Israel, got ranked as the most expensive city in the world.

In a recent survey by Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), Tel Aviv arose as the most expensive city for the first time. Economist Intelligence Unit studies and compares the living costs of different cities.

Due to the Coronavirus. the cost of goods and services has risen up all over the world, and this has made Tel Aviv the most expensive city to live in. Moreover, the prices of hotels, food and houses have risen in the city. It helped the city of Tel Aviv to rise up from fifth place in 2019 to first place in 2021.
