Recommended for Foundational Grades

Chico the parrot is a 9-year-old yellow-crowned amazon parrot. He lives in Lincolnshire Wildlife Park in the United Kingdom.

He has been wowing visitors with his amazing singing skills. Recently, a video of him came out where he was singing Beyonce’s hit song If I Were A Boy.

The video quickly went viral online and has been viewed by thousands of people.

Chico can also sing other pop music songs including Poker Face by Lady Gaga, Katy Perry’s Firework and more.

Chico has now become one of the stars at the wildlife park. Yellow-crowned parrots can live up to 100 years. So, hopefully, Chico’s singing “career” will reach great standards!
