The Dubai Fitness Challenge is an event that takes place every year. The event is all about health and fitness. The event is now in its sixth year.

The goal of the Dubai Fitness Challenge is to do some kind of physical activity for thirty days and track for thirty minutes every day.

The goal of the organisers is to get people of all ages to have a mindset that is focused on physical activity. Thereby living active and healthy lives.

• The Crown Prince of Dubai is a strong supporter of a good and active lifestyle.
• Under his leadership, the region is undertaking the construction of fitness villages, neighbourhood parks, and residences.
• The Dubai Fitness Challenge has transformed the city into a massive outdoor gym.
• Some people get in their required half-hour of exercise before heading out to work.
• While others maintain their fitness by finding time in the midst of their packed schedules.
• The citizens love the fact that Dubai makes it possible for those who want to work out but don’t have the money to pay for a membership to a gym to do so in a convenient manner.
• The locals feel that everyone sets their differences aside and comes together with the idea of supporting one another’s ambitions.
• The people participating get to network and establish relationships with a large number of new people.
• The Dubai Fitness Challenge will run through November 27.
• The city residents can participate in a wide variety of free activities at one of the city’s 19 fitness hubs or one of the city’s two fitness villages.
