Goodfellows is a start-up looking after elderly fellows!Goodfellows gets a thumbs up from Ratan Tata, a well-known industrialist and former chairman of Tata Group. Goodfellows helps older people find caring young friends.

Ratan Tata said that no one worries about getting older until they are that age. He also said that it's hard to find a friend with a good heart.

Shantanu Naidu, who is 25 years old, had the idea for Goodfellows.
 	Goodfellows looks for young people who are empathetic.
 	In addition, they need to have a high level of emotional intelligence to be companions for older people.
 	They also have to help the elderly and make their day easier in any way they can.
 	The company is now in the testing phase.
 	For the past six months, twenty senior citizens have been helping to run the business in Mumbai.
 	In the near future, the company plans to start doing business in Pune, Chennai, and Bengaluru.
 	Shantanu Naidu stated that the company aspires to grow all over the country.
 	However, it wants to do so slowly so that it can keep the high quality of the companions it hires.
 	The responsibilities of the younger companions could include things like playing carrom, reading the newspaper to them, or even taking naps with them.
 	Ratan Tata has said that he would be very happy if this service grew and improved to the point where it made a big difference in the lives of other people.
