- There are three main kinds of this seed: white quinoa, red quinoa, and black quinoa.
- It’s mostly a seed, but it’s processed and eaten the same way as a grain.
- A nutritious grain, known for its high protein and fiber content, as well as its gluten-free nature, is quinoa.
- It also boasts potent antioxidants, along with essential minerals like magnesium, B vitamins, and iron.
- One remarkable aspect of this grain is its unique ability to provide all nine essential amino acids in sufficient quantities.
