Modi’s Marathon of Appreciation: Ink Spree for Students!

Recommended for Preparatory Grades

Get ready for some interesting news, our little friends! Guess what? Prime Minister Narendra Modi is about to become a super-duper pen pal to a whopping 40 lakh students and their parents!

Can you believe it? Mr. Modi is writing letters of appreciation to all those students who took part in the exciting ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ event.

Important Details

  • Now, let us spill the beans on what this event is all about. Since 2018, our dear Prime Minister has been having an annual celebration where he chats with students, teachers, and parents to help them stay cool during those stressful board exams. It’s like a crash course in how to tackle exams without breaking a sweat! Awesome, right?
  • So, here’s the scoop on these letters. Mr. Modi is personally thanking each and every student for joining in the ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ fun. And he’s not stopping there! He’s also sending certificates with his signature that list five super important vows for a prosperous India. These vows include things like working towards our country’s development, taking pride in our culture, and being responsible citizens.
  • Now, the National Book Trust (NBT) has a super special mission to make sure these letters reach all the students across India. They are in charge of printing, translating, and posting these letters. Can you imagine the hustle and bustle going on in the NBT office? They even had a funny mishap when the addresses got translated instead of transliterated! But don’t worry, they’re fixing it with the help of data entry operators.
  • Oh, and did you know that they’re even making fancy envelopes with gold foiling? Talk about fancy-schmancy!
  • But wait, there’s more! The NBT has been doing some pretty cool stuff. They’ve gamified the mygov.in website where students register for ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ with live quizzes on exciting topics.
  • Plus, they’ve published translations of a book called “Exam Warriors,” which is all about Mr. Modi’s inspiring discussions with students. They even have life-size cut-outs of Mr. Modi at their office for some selfie fun!
  • So, our little champs, keep an eye out for those special letters from PM Modi. And remember, it’s not just about the letters—it’s about the messages they hold.
  • Let’s make our country proud and work towards a bright future. You never know, maybe someday you’ll be writing letters to inspire others too!
