A 74-year-old loves to play Pokémon Go on 64 phones that are hooked to his bicycle. “Gotta catch ’em all,” he says.

What is Pokémon Go?

Pokémon Go is a mobile game where players catch and train Pokémon characters in real places.

Chen San-grandson Yuan’s first got him interested in the game in 2016. By the year 2018, he had improved his setup by increasing the number of phones he used to play Pokémon Go to eight.

His celebrity status as “the Pokémon Go grandpa” has pushed him to the top of the local celebrity charts.
