Halloween party in Seoul leads to a tragedy!

A large number of people were killed and injured after a stampede occurred during Halloween festivities in Seoul, South Korea. The majority of those who were killed or injured were either teenagers or adults in their 20s.

Among the international victims were people from China, Iran, Uzbekistan, and Norway. The United States and the UK offer their condolences to the Republic of Korea. India’s Minister of External Affairs, Dr Jaishankar, also offered his condolences on Twitter.
