Rules for Post Submission

The Journey
Showered the tears of gloominess
Against the tears of mirth
When you have to stand against
Against the world you’ve to stand
And then you fall
Not just a fall
You are betrayed by the one
who can never betray you
You are irrationally betrayed
You get stumbled
And then you fall
You fall deep into the ocean
Dark ocean full of sharks
You are in the deepest point of the ocean
To get out the one who betrayed you
Out of the deepest point
With so many problems
The biggest of which
You don’t know how to swim
You’re choked
No air, no wind, your eyes burn, sharks around
But you move your feet as fast as you can
You move them, you go deeper, deeper, deeper…..
It gets darker and another problem
You forget the path
You’re lost, help help!
No one, only sharks
They are coming closer to you
Sharks!!! Help! Please help!
No one’s there
You just waddle , push the water back
Still choked, still suffocated, still holding breath inside your lungs
Don’t forget, you have to save your traitor
Somehow, you just go with your eyes closed
And you saw your betrayer
Drowning deep in the ocean
His eyes closed
You move your limbs the fastest
You clinch him tight
But the journey’s not yet over
The way to come out is all the more difficult
But you have to waddle with the extra load
No choice, no options, no chances
So, you start to cover miles in the oceans
Gradually, you move up,
The sharks encountered again
Choked again, Suffocated again, eyes burning, couldn’t scream
But you have to do it
As you move above, the dawn rises
The beam of the sun falls in the ocean
You can feel it, you feel the light
And finally you come out of the ocean
With your traitor
And the journey’s over? You ask yourself.
You come out of the sea, you hastily breathing
You rub your eyes, you wake up the betrayer
He doesn’t get up, you nudge him constantly
You put your ear closer to his heartbeats
And then you realize,
The JOURNEY’S FINALLY over.

NOTE: HERE, THE BETRAYER OR THE TRAITOR IS THE ONE WHO YOU CARE ABOUT BUT HE / SHE ISN’T WELL RIGHT NOW. YOU ARE AFRAID OF LOSING HIM AND SO YOU ADDRESS HIM AS A TRAITOR.
