Rules for Post Submission

A man of truth, and a man of humane love,
He was the one, who was bold enough,
Firm and stubborn but never rough.
Preaching and practices for once were the same,
His deeds were worth the name and fame.
Mandela lives! Mandela will always live!

That He, the loving Lord of all,
Who comfort the poor and weak and those who sin and fall.
May lead them to the path of light,
And teach them how to live and fight.
His smile had serenity his actions had severity,
He taught us to have strength through unity.
Mandela lives! Mandela will always live!

With a hope of freedom he walked ahead,
Carrying the dreams of ancestors, he bound all with a single thread.
The tides turned, and filled with anticipation,
He reasserted the right of his countrymen.
His beliefs echo in our minds even today,
Making us a better person,  so that we don’t lose our way.
Mandela lives! Mandela will always live!

He practiced what he preached,
He preached what he practiced.
He stood with his endeavor for truth, as firm,
His success, time proved to affirm.
Truth is powerful, he demonstrated,
His empathy, his love, his peace continues to inspire all,
Nelson Mandela, the Unconquerable Soul.
