Japan 🇯🇵🇯🇵 – Part – 1
Hello , my name is Arnav Singh and , I study in class VI. I am going to tell you about Japan 🇯🇵 whose language , I am studying from IV class.
It consists of four main islands and a number of small Islands. The name of the four main islands are Hokkaido , Honshu , Shikoku and Kyushu. As you know the capital of Japan is Tokyo; it is located in Honshu, the largest island. Some of the other main cities are Kyoto, Osaka, Nagoya, Yokohama and Hiroshima. Land area of Japan is 377,829 square kilometres and as I understand that it is â…‘ of that of India. At present, the population of Japan is 127 million, which , too , is approximately â…‘ of that of India.
As you can see from the map , Japan stretches from the North to South and hence there is a distinct variation in its climate , flora and fauna between the northern – most and the southern – most parts of the country. Japan is situated to the east of India and is ahead of India three and half hours.
