School canteen
I am missing the school canteen during covid times, so here is a poem dedicated to my school canteen.
The canteen comes every Friday
Today is the day hip hip hurray!
Tring Tring, time for canteen
Everyone pushing and pulling trying not to be mean
The hall filled with children galore
All waiting to grab maggie momo and more
Just got a pizza it looks so yummy
Can’t wait for the cheezy goodness to go down my tummy
Maaza frooti kitkat and more
Each of them I separately adore
Canteen cakes with red cherry
Children fight for it like Tom and Jerry
Tring tring! Time up, that’s bad
Gotta to go back to class I’m sad.
