Rules for Post Submission

There are many statements and notions about being happy but even after surfing through many quotes and ideologies on the internet we somewhere down the line don’t find that ultimate peace or happiness . WHY?
Answering this one cannot find solutions unless ,one doesnt understand the root of the problem, and root of the problem here is why most of us end up getting sad ? The answer is over expectations one has from himself , his over ambitious nature and his ideal plan from life but he forgets that everything doesn’t go as it is planned we though being so educated don’t understand a simple thing that whatever is happening in our life is not in our control . Obviously we are masters of our own destiny but whatever outcome a situation has is not always in our hands. All we can do is think hundred’s of time while taking a decision and be ready for whatever outcome it possess. Just a simple example to this statement is all of us have given our 10 or 12 boards and have studied to secure the best percentage . But this year’s batch couldn’t give boards as it was a risky move considering everyone’s health . Now there must be a student who must have secured less in his 9 th std and may have decided to study thoroughly this year . Maybe he is disappointed right now as he may have received 3-4 % less than his expectations. The child studied hard but outcome wasnt as planned and absolutely not in his hands. So primary thing one should understand is Not everything happens as planned and not everything is in your hands . Second thing which is key to happiness is always look at the positive side of the situation. Taking the same example given above the child who must be sad on his results can think atleast he is safe and what else is more important that his health at this point of time and instead focus on his upcoming exams where he can prove his potencial and should be proud on himself that he adapted to this new system of education. THUS HAPPINESS IS YOUR OUTLOOK.
