Unveiling the Truth of Happiness

Even just the word itself can promote happiness. You may think that if you try and find out what “happy” is in the dictionary or on Google, the definition only expresses some of actual happiness. Happiness is something that we cannot convey. It can be felt and experienced.
In addition, it can’t be taken away from you because it’s in your hands. Some people believe that rich people are happy all the time. There is a mistake here. You can buy food, a luxury lifestyle, and a lot more amenities, but you can’t buy happiness. If they could buy happiness, they would be the happiest people in the world.
Often, however, we find them to be depressed, anxious, fearful, stressed, and racked with various health problems. They also lack social lives with their families especially their wives, which contributes to their high divorce rates. Additionally, they feel insecure about their money because of the fact that everyone is behind it, so security is hired to protect it. Those who are poor have the opposite situation. They do not have money, but they are happy and stress-free because of this. Furthermore, they take care of their wives and children, and they have a very low divorce rate.
Today we are aware that money cannot buy happiness, nor are there any other shortcuts to happiness. It is something that you feel from within. A true sense of happiness comes internally as well. Happiness is a state of mind. A positive mindset is required for this to occur, and any negative thoughts must be avoided. The only way to find happiness is by focusing on our positive sides.
It is also something that can occur only if you are enjoying what you are doing. I have heard some people say that they don’t like their jobs and they don’t feel happy while doing them. My only advice would be, is that you should always work on the stuff you like to work on and enjoy it from the core of your heart. That is the thing that will give you happiness. Now I know, some people have to sometimes do things which they don’t like or don’t want to do but have to do because of their situation. Working on things which you like will give you happiness and as Ratan Tata says, “while going home at night, you should feel that you have made a change”.
To conclude, we can say that happiness can only be achieved by having positive thinking and enjoying life. Also, for being happy and keeping the people around us happy.
