What does it mean to be happy?

Most of us find happiness in something. Most of us have a wish list available. If desires are fulfilled, then someone will be happy and if not, then he will be sad. Some want a car, some want a house. These desires of man keep on increasing but there is no satisfaction. The first thing to be happy is to be satisfied. If we really look at our life we will find that there are many things to be happy in our life. We will focus on the four parts of our lives that can make us feel happy. First of all live in a pollution free environment. Everyone should go to a natural place once a year We are happiest when we are in the lap of nature. It is said that happiness increases by sharing. We feel happier when someone else is happy because of us. This COVID-19 pandemic has taught us a lot. When the whole world was battling with the pandemic, doctors, sanitation workers, nurses, ward boys, police etc. were helping the whole world with selfless love. Because of them a positive energy was circulating in the world. They taught us how to be happy in others happiness. We feel happy when we are with our family and friends. We should take out time for our family from our busy schedule. We should spend maximum time with our family as they keep motivating us. We learn many things from self-realization. Because of self-realization we get to know our abilities, we find a way to solve our problems and overcome all kinds of fears. So these are the things that really make us feel happy. If we follow these four things in our daily life then only one question will arise in the mind and it will not be that what does it to be happy? Rather it will be , what else is needed to be happy?
